FAQs

Can kids come?

Absolutely! We love having kids along on the trip. Make sure you let us know their weights so we can make sure we have the appropriate life jackets. Also, let us know what they would like to drink (soda, juice, lemonade, root beer, etc). You can add this during the online reservation and waiver process.

Are life jackets provided?

Yes. Type III life jackets are provided and mandatory for the duration of the trip. Think of it as a seat belt when you drive across town.

What should I wear?

Your feet will get wet so sandals, water shoes, or old tennis shoes are best. Dress appropriately for the day’s weather! Jacket in spring for sure! Bring sunscreen and sunglasses/hat.

Can we bring our own drinks?

Nope! We will bring water and drinks that you choose during the reservation and waiver process. No other drinks are allowed.

Is this going to be super fun for me?

You betcha.

Proudly offering local options on seasonal and annual rotation: 2025 lineup

Draught Works

Draught Works has been proudly brewing options for locals since 2011. In 2024, they were nominated Best Brewery.

We love their seltzers and IPAs and have them as an option to choose during the waiver process. We also have other options from them as available seasonally.

We love their events, live music, community support, and neighborhood patio. They provide awesome colorful koozies for your cans while on your trip with us!

Western Cider

Western Cider has crazy good cider. They have 2500 apples trees at their orchard in the Bitterroot, just outside of Missoula.

Western Cider reflects the communal spirit and family-friendly atmosphere that Missoula prides itself on with their fundraisers and amazing non-alcoholic options as well as their riverside tiny orchard patio that has been open since 2017. You can choose a few of their options during your waiver signing and questionaire process.

Highlander Brewery

Situated near Missoula’s hotel area, our group shuttles to the Alberton Gorge or Blackfoot River have been meeting here for years. We love them because of their gigantic outdoor event space along Grant Creek, wood fired pizzas, winter igloos, and exceptional beer.

They have been here since 1910. You can choose one of their options available during the electronic waiver signing process.
